devices, tablets, personal computers and other devices. By accessing or using any of the

Services, you are consenting to this Privacy Policy.

• Account information, username, email address, password, and verification code. We use this

information to create the account for your use of our services as you requested,

• A profile photo; game user name(s); your gender; age; approximate location information

that you provide; links to your profiles on various social network; details about the games you

play; and a player ID number that is created by us and used to identify your profile.

• Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID, MAC

Service. We will for example periodically de-identify unused game accounts and we regularly

review and de-identify unnecessary data.

our legitimate business interests, such as to comply with our legal obligations, resolve

disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Age Limits

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about or direct or target interest based

advertising to anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to use our

Services. If you are under 13, please do not send any data about yourself to us, including your

name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under the age of 13 may provide

any personal data. If we learn that we have collected personal data about a child under age 13,

If you need to unbind Facebook and Google accounts from us and delete relevant data, please

contact customer service through customer service channels (work order, Facebook homepage,

official line).

In addition to our privacy policy, we provide the following notice in accordance with the

You have certain rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you. Some of

these only apply in certain circumstances (as set out in more detail below). We must respond

to a request by you to exercise those rights without undue delay and at least within one month

(though this may be extended by a further two months in certain circumstances). To exercise

Access

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you, how we use it, and who

will let you know if that is the case. Where you have requested that we erase personal

information that has been made available publicly on the Service and there are grounds for

information or providing links to the personal information to erase it too.

Restriction of Processing to Storage Only

You have a right to require us to stop processing the personal information we hold about you

As above, where we agree to stop processing the personal information, we will try to tell any

processing it too.

•You believe the personal information is not accurate for the period it takes for us to verify

whether it is accurate;

•You wish to erase the personal information as the processing we are doing is unlawful but

you want us to retain the personal information but just store it instead; or

•You wish to erase the personal information as it is no longer necessary for our purposes but

you require it to be stored for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

consider your request in other circumstances as detailed below by contact us and completing

the request form.

We may from time to time send you announcements when we consider it necessary to do so

(such as when we temporarily suspend The Service access for maintenance, or security,

privacy or administrative-related communications). You may not opt-out of these

service-related announcements, which are not promotional in nature.

As a subject of personal information, you have the right to enjoy the rights provided by the

privacy regulations in your jurisdiction. Your rights may include some or all of the following:

excluding any accounts on third-party platforms such as Sony), or delete certain personal
